To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all guests, please review the following policies:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service.

• A 15-minute grace period is extended. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied.

Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will result in appointment cancellation and require rebooking with a new deposit.

• To maintain a calm and intimate environment, no additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving services.

• Appointments may be rescheduled one time only and must be rescheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date.

• Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. All deposits remain non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to the remaining service balance.

• No Call / No Show: Guests who fail to arrive without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be charged a fee equal to the remaining service balance. A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments.
